installed. finally.

shaun was finally installed as the pastor at our church (Lake Trails PCA) after being here now for five months. the first attempt at an installation service was at the beginning of december but we had a huge snow storm and we had to cancel church. so things were finally rescheduled for february 20. and guess what? there was lots of freezing rain and snow in the forecast! but obviously things went well and the weather didn't stop things from happening this time.

by the way, our church meets in an elementary school (at least for a few more weeks) and we hold our worship service here in the cafeteria. after church we took down all of our chairs, etc. and set up the school tables to eat on. i took this picture from the area that shaun preaches in. there is a fridge way back in the back of the picture that likes to make loud noises during church. in case you were wondering.

right now this is where our church meets but hopefully by the middle of march we will be moving to a new location! yay! our church family looks forward to being in a more permanent location where we won't have to tear things down each sunday.
