it's about giving: to katreena

we must thank our friends and neighbors, the hathaways for the way they have given to us and to our dear tree, katreena. this LARGE and hideous ornament, a.k.a. the ss st. mary, really puts the finishing touches on katreena. in fact with the ss st. mary i don't think we will have to put any other ornaments on our tree next year. she is the ornament to end all ornaments. i just hope katreena can make it through the christmas season bearing such a load as the ss st. mary atop her branches.
