either way, her is our big girl on her first and last day of kindergarten **sniff, sniff**
here is eva with her teacher Mrs. Freeman (far left) and then her teacher Mrs. Stockton (center, who took over after Mrs. Freeman had her baby in april) and then her principal Mrs. Potter (on right).
great school year, it went by so fast. eva had wonderful teachers and principal (and school nurse!) who loved her so well. the nurse knew eva well and i'm sure mrs. potter (principal) knew eva well too, but not for bad reasons, eva just hung out with her at recess a lot. i asked eva if other kids "played with mrs. potter too at recess. eva said "well yeah!" i was a bit worried that she was "that kid" that doesn't play with other kids but just hangs around the teachers the entire time. glad to know eva played with her friends as well. she also got to know the school nurse quite well with every tummy ache, scratch, bruise and so on. i asked mrs. stockton today if eva was the kid who asked to go to the nurse the most. her answer was yes. better than being sent to the principal's office for being bad! :)
