claire at 3 months

this kid is amazing.

here are some amazing claire stats at 3 months.

sleep:

• goes to bed around 7:30 p.m. and doesn't get up for the day until around 9:00 a.m. YES i said 9:00 a.m. i feed her around 5 a.m. and that is because i wake up. not because she wakes up! at bed time i nurse her, put her to bed, she pops that thumb in her mouth and she is gone. 
• she pretty much wants to nap all the time. after about an hour and a half of awake time she is ready to go back to sleep. she usually has a shorter morning nap in the baby carrier as we are out and about. during the afternoon she takes a 3 or almost 4 hour nap! i nurse her, lay her down and she goes right to sleep. 
• amazing sleeper

eating:

• she nurses every 2-3 hours in the morning and about every hour during the evening before she goes to bed

demeanor:

• generally happy and laid back
• likes to smile and "talk," especially to her mommy :)
• usually only fusses when she is wanting to go to sleep
• starting to tolerate the car seat more

hair:

• fuzzy on top, mullet in the back

size:

• over 12 lbs
• about 24 inches tall
• 3-6 month clothes

ears:

• stick out a little bit

chins:

• two

overall, this little girl is a pure delight. love, love, love her!!!!
