31 years old and 41 weeks along.

today i turn 31 years old and 41 weeks pregnant. who would have thought. i sure wasn't expecting to be pregnant on my birthday, or past my birthday for that matter. lily is running out of time if she wants to share a birthday with me. but Lord willing, she will be here tomorrow at the latest. so for now i will leave you with two final belly pictures. you will be glad to know that after tomorrow i will not be posting any more bare pictures of my belly. (i think i just heard a collective internet sigh). i have had a good birthday so far. shaun and my mom took me to my favorite aiken restaurant for lunch yesterday and today we are just relaxing and eating more yummy strawberry cake that mom made me. it has been good to have my mom here for the last week. my floors haven't been vacuumed and swept this often since i've lived here! she's also taken care of all the laundry and dishes. it's been great. we are sad that she leaves saturday, only 2 days after lily will hopefully be born! but i truly appreciate all the help she has been during her time here.

by the way, if anyone is interested, what i really want for my birthday (besides a baby) is a new mac laptop. this one is getting SLOW. just thought i would throw that out there. ;)

Danielle, your Grandma Carson says to ask you "are you sure there's not 8 babies in there".

    As for me......I'm speechless.

    Love your uncle Stephen

First off, Happy Birthday!! I was praying Lily would decide to come today and be your birthday present, but I guess she wants her own special day. ha

I know you guys are just ready for her to come, and Lord willing she will tomorrow. Just know that I will continue to keep you all in prayer.

Hey, if you DID have 8 babies, then you could be famous and a TV crew would come and film your life and it could be a new reality series. How fun would that be???
    ha

Get some rest. Tomorrow is a big day.

    Can't wait to see pics.
    Love you guys

  5. Hoping your day tomorrow is a good one! Elizabeth was born the day after my birthday, so it's fun. I remember the day before she was born (a scheduled induction) enjoying my 33rd birthday - VERY PREGNANT. :)
