visit from the hathaway family
a few weeks ago, our dear friends, the hathaway's came (out of their way) to visit us for a few hours on their way to the beach. they were our good friends and neighbors across the hall from us in seminary, always baking delicious smelling and tasting bread, trading babysitting, and their sweet son aiden "pruning" the leaves from my plants. they now live in maryland, sadly so far away from us!! thank you hathaways for coming out of your way to see us! it was so good to see you all and catch up for a few hours. it was especially good to see the kids playing together. we miss you all!!! (they have 3 kids, but clip, the baby, was napping during picture time!)

I love the pictures you got of the girls!
I also think its funny that everyone is looking at my camera in your picture. I guess our idea of simultaneoulsy taking timed photos didn't work out so well on your end. Next time we'll have to do one at a time so we know where to look. :)

p.s. It is SO FUN to see the baby and hear everything is well! Keep the updates coming as you feel well enough! By the way, I guess the new vegan diet doesn't allow for as many cheeseburgers this pregnancy, huh?! :) ;)

ReplyDeletegrandchild. I am so glad that Hathways were able to come and visit you guys. I know that you had a great time. Whenever I think of them, I think of the time that they allowed Calem and I to stay at their cozy apt for the week, when they were gone. It was so much fun.
