we are in that fun little stage where word pronunciation brings a lot of giggles from shaun and i. and yes, we are in 8th grade. eva is learning to say "truck". lets just say that she doesn't quite pronounce the "t" or the "r" and for the sake of our audience let's just say she replaces the "tr" with a "ph". do with it what you may. (giggle, giggle!)

I can't tell you how much we relate. Ethan did the exact same thing and I can remember many trips to the store when he saw a "truck" and I had to quickly and loudly (for the sake of those around in earshot)say "That's right sweetie...it's a TRUCK!!" I promise it will go away- we tried to just not make much of a deal about it in case he would do it for the reaction.
