i feel so lucky to have spent a mere 24 hours in with my dear friend
ashley (our husbands went to seminary together) who was in atlanta for a conference. we don't get to see each other much anymore now that she lives all the way across the country in tucson, az. of the 24 hours we spent together, i'm pretty sure we talked our heads off nonstop for about 20 hours straight, the other 4 hours were spent sleeping. we also got to catch up with friends from our old church in st. louis, gary and holly campbell, who hosted us for the night. it was a wonderful and refreshing time. i sure do miss you ashley, come move to aiken!!!! (why didn't i take any pictures????)
i had my camera the whole weekend and did not take a single picture! arghh! thank you so much for making the drive to atlanta for such a short time. it was like we hadn't even been away from each other for a year and a half. i miss you dearly, sweet friend!
