room with a view

shaun and i were blessed to take a 3 day vacation to the beach (by ourselves!) last week. we had a fantastic room with an awesome view of the beach. the window in our room was a giant sliding glass door that opened to our patio that overlooked the ocean. our room was so cute and had a very beachy look to it. each room in the hotel is decorated differently. one day we spent sightseeing, including huntington beach state park where we saw some alligators. we also saw dophins and pelicans. another day was spent just reading and relaxing on our patio and the beach. we also made a high class sand castle. we had a great and relaxing time, and much thanks and appreciation goes out to gramps and gramma for taking such good care of eva and spoiling her for several days- thank you both so much!
