week of family

This past week we got to spend some time with great-aunt ne-ne & great-uncle stephen, and then we were joined by mimi and cousin calem. we had a great time with everyone. we went to the zoo and mostly just hung out together in between eating! we were also constantly entertained by calem's never ending energy and zest for conversation with complete strangers, especially the ladies. kind of scary seeing how he is about to turn just 4. he was also a big help in the apartment courtyard by collecting every twig and stick in sight and piling them on the front porch. i believe we have a big enough stack to keep very warm this winter. as usual i have failed behind the camera and didn't even get one picture of eva with ne-ne and uncle stephen. shame on me! but i know no matter what i am still their most favorite niece ever.
